It is with great pleasure the team at SMS Healthcare announces two of our newest principal Ophthalmologists, Dr Tanya Trinh and Dr Kenneth Ooi, who have joined our business as doctor partners.
Both Tanya and Ken are respective leaders in Ophthalmology in Cataract and specialised eye care. Dr Trinh, brings expertise in corneal eye disease and surgery, and Dr Ooi brings expertise in dry eye inflammatory conditions. Respectively, each will take on key roles in various clinics in our portfolio, including Mosman Eye Centre, George St Eye Centre and Hornsby Laser Eye Centre.
Across its wider portfolio, SMS Healthcare holds co-investments alongside the medical professional founders of 21 assets, including day and short-stay hospitals, allied health, and specialist medical practices spanning ophthalmology and laser eye surgery infrastructure across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
